Select Tools: Once your PDF is uploaded, you'll see a range of tools available for you to use. Choose the specific tool you need from the toolbar. Our free PDF tool offers a variety of options, including:

- Share PDF: Send your PDF file to others for review or signature.
Step 3
Depending on the selected tool, you may have additional customization options. Adjust settings like page range, output format, compression level, watermark text or image, and other parameters as required. Take advantage of these settings to tailor the tool to your specific needs.
Step 4
Once you've configured the tool settings, click on the "Apply" or "Start" button to initiate the process. The tool will begin processing your PDF according to the chosen settings.
Step 5
After the tool has completed its task, you'll be provided with the option to download the modified PDF file. Click on the "Download" button to save the file to your device.

If desired, you can also choose to save the modified PDF directly to cloud storage platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Alternatively, you can share the file via email or generate a shareable link to distribute it.
Step 7
To perform additional actions on the same or another PDF, simply repeat the process from step 1. Our free PDF tool allows you to use multiple tools sequentially or perform the same task on different files in a convenient and intuitive manner.
